A: I ship once a day (8:30 AM) via USPS priority Mail. Usually, It takes 2-3 business days to deliver anywhere within US.

A: You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund (shipping is not refundable). Some deduction may apply if there are mechanical or electrical damages.

A: You may still return it within 60 days from the date of purchase. You'll receive refund based on original purchase price or current price (whichever is less) minus 15% restocking fee. Again, some additional deduction may apply if there are mechanical or electrical damages.
Q: What is the warranty on your products?
A: You have a lifetime limited warranty (if you are original owner) on 8PSK-to-USB2 adapters and SkyWalker-1, and 12 months on SkyWalker-2. Lifetime warranty is not transferable (it expires after 12 months if you are not original owner). Warranty on power supply is 12 months.
Q: What is the warranty on SkyWalker-CW3K?
SkyWalker-CW3K is exception, warranty on this product is provided by distributor. Ask your distributor about warranty terms.
Q: What does "limited" warranty mean?
A: There is a fee to repair damages caused by negligence. All other damages are repaired for free (as long as you are an original owner).
Q: How can I watch encrypted channels with your device?
A: You can't. Supplied hardware, firmware, or driver provide no decryption capabilities.
Q: My SkyWalker-CW3K does not work. Where should I send it for warranty repair?
A: I don't build or sell SkyWalker-CW3K. Thus, ask your dealer (the place you bought this device) all warranty repair/replacement questions.
Q: My SkyWalker-CW3K does not work. Can you still repair it?
A: You can send SkyWalker-CW3K to me for repair (repair fee is in the range of $10-$35 plus cost of return shipping). Damages caused by unauthorized (hacking) software are NOT repaired.
